Meet our Principal
Joseph Jefferson, MPH is celebrating his 30th year in the nonprofit sector as a resource development, organizational planning, coalition-building, and capacity-expansion professional, consultant, and coach. Since 1994, Joseph has led and elevated organizational fundraising and program impact initiatives across missions focused on LGBTQ+ Health, HIV, children and families, community building, and disability services. He has held positions from Event Planner to Grant Writer to Major Gifts Officer to Chief Advancement Officer to Director of Programs. He has also chaired and trained Boards, mobilized volunteers, and advised leaders in a wide variety of settings and jurisdictions, working with an even wider variety of people and populations. Joseph earned his BA in Public Policy at the City University of New York and his Master of Public Health from Columbia University. (And most importantly, he's a proud cat and dog dad.)
